It is recommended to carefully read the Terms of Sale of the website before ordering the products on the same.

The following information is provided in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206).
In case of non-acceptance of these Conditions of Sale, it will not be possible for you to purchase any Product.
You will find all the information on G-Trade S.p.A. Licensee of the Pasquini Roma brand on the page dedicated to Company Data and About us.
You can make a purchase by going to the Cart page and accessing our secure servers to complete your Order. You will then be sent a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your Order.
All Orders are subject to the prior acceptance of Pasquini Roma which reserves the right to decline it at its own discretion. However, please note that by clicking on the "Complete Purchase and Pay" button, you assume the obligation to pay the price of the Product if your Order is accepted.
The unavailability of one or more products is correctly declared before the purchase. Products that are not immediately available can be ordered but may require delivery times of more than 30 days due to production times.
Any acceptance of your Order will be confirmed by sending a second email acknowledging your Order and shipment of the Product to the address indicated by you for shipment, also specifying the expected delivery date. The message will be sent automatically to the email address indicated during registration. We will then proceed to process the payment information you provide in order to credit payment for your Order.
The contract between the parties is concluded with the sending of the Shipping Mail and the consequent confirmation and acceptance of your Order.
Please check the confirmation email and the Shipping email for greater security and notify us immediately of any errors.
In the event that problems are found with your Order, you will be contacted by a Pasquini Roma agent.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices may be subject to change at any time, without prejudice to Orders already confirmed by sending the Shipping Mail. Shipping to the final customer is free in the countries listed in the SHIPPING paragraph.
The prices of the Products indicated on our Website at the time of check-out include all taxes (including VAT) due on the purchase of the Products.
All payments must be made upon shipment of the Product. Payment for the Product must be made by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. In case of payment by PayPal, the account will be debited upon completion of the Order and the payment must take place in the formula without purchase protection. In case of doubt about the payment with PayPal, Pasquini Roma may refuse to ship the purchased item until the refund guarantee by the PayPal system expires. If we are unable to accept your Order for any reason, we reserve the right to choose whether to refuse your credit card or to refund the sums paid in relation to your Order. No shipment of the Product will be made until full payment has been received. Please note that an online transaction fee may apply to your payment if applicable by your card issuer. This commission is not attributable to us.
With regard to payments made by card, credit and debit card holders may be subject to authorization and authentication. We are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the Product ordered by you if the issuer of your card or our service provider refuses or does not authorize or validate the payment for any reason.
By providing us with your information, you expressly consent to their disclosure to third parties; upon subsequent discovery of additional data by a third party, including, without limitation, as the case may be, your name, address, telephone number, credit or debit card details or credit reports; authenticate your identity and Product shipping address; upon confirmation of your payment card and obtaining the necessary authorizations to pay for the Product.
OWNERSHIP AND RISKS
The delivery of the Product will take place at the address and name indicated by you in the Order within the deadline communicated with the Shipping Mail, but it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery date as the transport activity is entrusted to external companies at Pasquini Rome.
If the Product has not been delivered within 30 days of the conclusion of the Contract or on any other date possibly agreed, you will have the right to withdraw from the Contract and any amount paid by you will be refunded to you without further delay.
Title and risk in the Product pass to you upon delivery.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Upon delivery you are required to inspect the Product in order to check for any defects or damage. If you find any defects or damage, you should report it as soon as possible within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange for its return.
If it is ascertained that the damage to the Product occurred before delivery, or that the defect is not attributable to your fault or use, we will arrange for the related repair or replacement or full refund of the price paid by you, including any shipping costs, provided that the damage does not derive from having worn or used the Product.
In case of lack of conformity of the Products pursuant to Article 129 of the Consumer Code, the legal guarantees referred to in Articles 129 and following of the Consumer Code apply. You have the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement. In case of impossibility to carry out the above remedies, you have the right to an adequate reduction in the price of the Products, or to the termination of the contract. These rights are considered waived if any lack of conformity is not notified within two months from the date on which it was discovered. Our responsibility extends to the discovery of any lack of conformity within two years of delivery of the products. In any case, the right to bring an action aimed at ascertaining any lack of conformity, where not fraudulently concealed by us, automatically ceases twenty-six months after delivery of the products.
The photos of the products provided on the Website may not perfectly reflect the reality of the products as they are all unique, handmade pieces and consequently may present variations. Furthermore, the use of lights and appliances to create the images may not faithfully reflect the real properties of the Products.
Shipping online store is expected in UE countries and Switzerland. Shipping is free.
The shipment of the available products can take place within 7 days, in some cases there could be a delay of up to a maximum of 30 days from the date of the order, depending on the production times and barring unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Pasquini Roma also if differently expressed during the purchase phase.
We invite customers to check the shipping times indicated on the individual product pages before proceeding with the order.
Orders placed after midday (12.00), on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, will be processed on the following working day.
At the moment, we only ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
For all Worldwide deliveries outside the European Union and Switzerland, we recommend contacting our customer service at email@example.com or on Whatsapp +393518872262 to request a quote/price for the country of destination and any shipping costs.
Only one address can be entered for each order.
PO boxes cannot be used for the delivery of our products. If you enter a Hotel address as the delivery address of the order, delivery can only be made to the person indicated in the order and to no one else, including the Hotel reception.
The products will be shipped in a single package which includes the product, the packaging, the payment receipt or invoice where required, and, as the case may be, the jewelry certification and warranty certificate.
Shipments are usually managed by couriers, Ferrari Group SpA, alternatively DHL or Vicenza Sped srl, but Pasquini Roma may reserve the right to entrust the delivery to other couriers. Once the order has been processed, Customers will be informed by email about the name of the courier through which the shipment will be managed and its tracking number (waybill).
You can track your shipment on the courier's website, with the tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. We inform you that the waybill number will be sent to the email address used for the purchase.
The goods are shipped with insured shipping. In the event of damage during shipping, we kindly ask the Customer to contact our Customer Service at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of the delivery date. Please keep all packaging, goods and invoices to enable us to verify the damage and process the claim. Our Customer Service will contact you to define the procedure.
The return is free for our customers, as indicated in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section.
ASSISTANCE AND REPAIRS
In the event of damage or breakage to a Pasquini Roma jewel, you can contact customer service and assistance by email by writing to email@example.com or you can send the damaged item to the following address: Pasquini Roma/ G-Trade SpA Via Nomentana 865 /a – 00137 Rome. In this case the shipping costs are charged to the customer. Upon receipt of the jewel, we will issue a free, no-obligation repair estimate.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Subject to the detailed terms and conditions, if you are a consumer, pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code you have the right, in addition to the other rights pertaining to you, to withdraw from this Contract without just cause and to receive a refund of the price paid including any shipping costs (any shipping costs incurred by Pasquini Roma will not be refunded).
Products cannot be returned in the cases referred to in article 59 of the Consumer Code, for example for the purchase of specially personalized, engraved or individualized products; for the supply of sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, the seals of which have been removed after delivery, etc.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unworn, show no signs of damage and must be sent with all extras received.
Any wish to return a purchased good must be presented by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please contact us by email at email@example.com and inform us about your order number and the reasons why you wish to return the item. One of our customer service assistants will process your return and will be happy to advise you with any further queries you may have.
Returns of Pasquini Roma jewels are accepted only if unworn, new and without any sign of damage. The item (or items) must be sent together with the packaging and all documents received from Pasquini Roma, including the product tag with the reference number and serial number of the item (or items) purchased.
We do not accept scratched items, items with missing stones, missing spare parts of items.
We will credit you the amount paid after receiving the jewel, checking its condition and declaring it compliant with the indications described above.
After receiving your package, it may take a few days for your return to be processed. You will receive confirmation of acceptance of the returned product via email after which we will provide a financial refund (the customer will not accrue any interest on the part of Pasquini Roma in the period of time between payment and the refund of a return).
If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal referred to in point 2) are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid.
Pasquini Roma guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through the website pasquiniroma.com.
